본 연구의 목적은 한국 글로벌 기업 A사의 핵심 인재 리더십 개발을 위해 사용한 액션 러닝의 이론과 실제를 분석하는 것이다. 본 연구는 한국 글로벌 기업 A사의 액션 러닝 사례에 기초하여 담당자, 교육 참가자, 러닝 코치, 스폰서의 관점에서 분석하였다. 분석 결과 A사는 액션 러닝 교육 프로그램의 테마 선정 프로세스를 재구축하고, 최적의 운영 프로세스로 재구성하여야 하며, 액션 러닝 교육 프로그램 담당자의 역할과 책임을 명확히 하고, 러닝 코치의 역량과 역할을 개선을 해야 하는 것을 확인하였다.
Abstract
The purpose of this study was to analyze theories and practices of action learning programs in talent leadership development at A Korean global corporation. This study explored a case of action learning programs in A Korean global corporation from the perspective of program coordinators, program participants, learning coaches, and sponsors. This study found that A Korean global corporation should redesign theme selection process, reestablish optimal operation process, clarify program coordinators' role & responsibility, and improve learning coaches' expertise and role in action learning programs.
