전자상거래분야의 거래는 지속적으로 증가하고 있으며, 세계경제의 중요한 부분이 되고 있고 그로인한 전자결제의 가능성은 전자거래에서 더욱 중요해져 가고 있다. 인터넷을 이용한 대금지급의 성장과 더불어 안전한 거래를 위한 기본적인 요구가 전자결제시스템의 중요성을 증가시키고 있다. 전자결제시스템은 온라인 거래 수행하는데 관련된 방법과 과정으로 광범위하게 정의되고 있다. 현금의 효율적인 흐름 증진, 비용의 절감, 민감한 정보와 지급제공자의 보호 등을 포함한 전자결제시스템은 여러 가지 면에서 이익을 주고 있다. 사기가 전자상거래에서 널리 관련되어있다는 점에서도 전자결제시스템은 특히 중요하다. 본 논문의 목적은 전자결제와 관련한 서비스를 제공하는 전자결제시스템의 문제점과 해결방안을 제시함으로써 전자상거래와 전자무역에서의 전자결제를 활성화시키는데 있다.
Abstract
As e-Commerce transactions continue to increase and become a significant section of the global economy, the capability to e-payment becomes more important for e-business. The growth in payment by the internet, together with the underlying need for secure transactions, increase the importance of e-payment systems. E-payment systems can be broadly defined as the means and processes involved in conducting transactions online. Some of benefits provided by e-payment systems include improved cash flow efficiency, guaranteed transactions, reduced costs, increased protection of sensitive information, and increased protection of the payment provider. In that fraud is a prevalent concern with e-Commerce, e-payment systems are in particular important. The purpose of this paper is contribute to activate e-payment in e-Commerce and e-Trade by suggesting the solutions of the problems in e-payment systems which provide with their services regarding e-payment.
