초록

Along with the rapid development of Internet and e-commerce, scam, fraud and loyalty gap on the B2B e-marketplace are frequently reported Internet crime. Similarly, trust on e-marketplace is exacerbated by the poor monitoring of loyalty gap of the actors of the B2B intermediaries and is increasingly a challenging task to many Internet intermediaries. It is said that in the post adoption stage, trust and continuance use of B2B service may be achieved by augmenting the core technology-based services, such as social interactivity and reputation ranking that affect positively towards the continuance use of B2B intermediary service whereas the loyalty gap affect negatively. This study will help e-marketplace service providers to provide precise information; effective negotiation support system and convenient decision support services across the dyad and attract more SME to use intermediary service. The perspective is needed to avoid the potential failure of currently successful e-marketplace.
