국어과 교육과정과 교과서의 협상 교육내용 분석

본 연구는 국어과 교육과정과 교과서에서 협상 교육내용을 비판적으로 분석하는 데에 목적이 있다. 이를 위하여 협상의 개념은 무엇이고 협상 담화는 어떤 구성요소로 이루어졌는가를 분석하여 그 속에서 협상 능력을 도출해 보았다. 그리고 국어과 교육과정과 교과서에 반영된 협상 교육 내용을 비판적으로 분석해 보았다. 본 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 협상 능력은 협상 참여자가 상호 입장과 이익의 상충으로 인한 협상 의제에 대하여 상호 이해와 대안을 조정하면서, 합리적이고 조화로우며 타협적인 태도로 설득적 의사소통에 참여함으로써 갈등을 해결하고 공동의 의사결정에 도달할 수 있는 능력이다. 국어과 교육과정의 경우, 협상 담화의 절차는, 협상 절차에 대한 내용이 적시되어야 하고, 절차의 내용은 단계별로 변별되어야 하며, 화법 교육의 특성을 반영해야 한다. 협상 전략은 단계별 활용 전략이 명시되어야 하며, 이에 대한 타당성 검토가 필요하다. 국어과 교과서의 경우, 협상 담화의 원리를 고려한 통합 단원 구성, 협상 의제의 다양성과 협상 참여자의 균형성을 고려한 실제적 협상 담화 제재, 협상 과정의 역동성과 실제성을 강화한 학습 활동으로 구성될 필요가 있다. 이러한 상황에 근거해 볼 때, 학교 현장에서 협상 교육이 효과적으로 이루어질 수 있도록 국어과 교육과정과 교과서 면에서 추후 심도 깊은 논의가 필요하다.
Abstract
The purpose of this study is to critically analyze of negotiation education contents appearing in the Korean language curriculum and Textbook. For the purpose, this study attempts to analyze what the concept of negotiation is and what constituent elements of the negotiation discourse are, and derive the negotiation skills within it. And this study attempts to critically analyze the contents of negotiation education reflected in the Korean language curriculum and textbook. The results of this study are as follows. For the negotiation agenda due to conflict of positions and interests of participants, the negotiation skills can be defined as the ability to resolve conflicts and reach common decision-aking by coordinating mutual understanding and alternatives, participating in persuasive communication in a rational, harmonious and compromising manner. In the case of the Korean language curriculum, the procedure of the negotiation discourse requires that the details of the negotiation procedure be noted, and that the content of the procedure be distinguished step by step and reflect the characteristics of narrative education. The negotiation strategy needs to clarify the stepwise utilization strategy and the feasibility of the negotiation strategy. in the case of the Korean language textbook, it is necessary to be constructed with an integrated unit considering the principle of negotiation discourse, actual negotiation discourse materials considering the diversity of negotiation agenda and the balance of negotiation participants, negotiation coordination phase, and learning activities reinforcing the negotiation’s dynamics and reality. Based on this situation, In order to enable negotiation education to be effective at the school site, further discussion is needed in the Korean language curriculum and textbooks.
