초록

After the collapse of the Cold War system, "the end of history" appeared briefly and preached the victory of liberalism, but there are still many wars and conflicts in the world. Due to the dissolution of the Soviet Union and Yugoslavia, the number of countries in the world increased dramatically. Numerous conflicts arose in the process, and the attack on Palestine by Israel's strong military force inevitably reminds us of the German genocide of Jews during World War II. The anti-war movement should fully reveal the violence and oppression of the modern state by opposing state-led war, as a resistance to inequality between states and the political ideals of state-centralism. For the survival and freedom of mankind, people give up part of their sovereignty and enter into a contract to establish a motherland is the principle of legalizing the state, and now it must be fundamentally reconsidered. The state threatens the survival and freedom of mankind in the name of the state, but if tens of millions of people have sacrificed for the good of the state, does the state still mean to defend the survival and freedom of mankind? From this point of view, in order for East Asian civilization to become an alternative to the existing order, only fundamental questions can be raised about the existing order itself. This article seeks to explore the nature of the series of events that preceded us and establish some types of world order, focusing on the conflict of civilizations currently in heated debate.
