中國傳統思想視域下的膳食養生理論體系建構

本文前瞻性地提出了膳食養生的概念，並通過對膳食養生理論體系建構的過程進行探索得出以下結論：中國傳統文化中的古代哲學、中醫養生學與食文化等是膳食養生理論體系構建的基礎，其中古代哲學是膳食養生理論體系的思想基礎，影響著養生膳食理論的走向；中醫養生學成爲膳食養生理論的特色，並使之建立了獨特的理論體系；食在中華，中國食文化曆來追求以味道爲核心，以養生爲目的的膳食目標，其使得膳食養生呈現出表裏統一的藝術之美。在此基礎上提煉得出膳食養生的原則與方法，其對進一步完善膳食養生理論體系的內容有所裨益。
Abstract
This paper proactively put forward the concept of dietary health and explore the following conclusions through the process of constructing the theoretical system of dietary health: the ancient philosophy of traditional Chinese medicine, traditional Chinese medicine and food culture are the construction of the theoretical system of dietary health The ancient philosophy is the ideological foundation of the theoretical system of dietary health and affects the trend of the health dietary theory. The traditional Chinese medicine has become the characteristic of dietary health theory and has established a unique theoretical system. Pursuing the dietary goal of keeping the taste as the core and keeping the health as its goal, the dietary health presents the beauty of the unification of the arts. On this basis, the principles and methods of dietary regimen are drawn, which is helpful to further improve the content of theoretical system of dietary regimen.
