전원주택의 건축구조유형에 따른 선호도에 관한 연구

Abstract

Residence style of present era has been developed continually by desire of modern people. Recently, demand for suburban house has been increased due to improved level of income and life and desire to increase life quality. It means not only change of residence style but also reflection of desire for life quality through our society. However, this demand for suburban houses is causing disordered city expansion and starting suburban houses life is being failed due to lack of preparation and knowledge about residence. Thus, there needs a study for development method of suburban houses that is being developed to various types. Before analyzing, this study conducted theoretical consideration for concept of residence satisfaction and suburban houses, and theoretical consideration for const-ruction structure type through literature investigation. Through this, study thesis was set up and study model was made. Thus, the study verified that which differen-ce exist relating to demographic factors according to factors affecting preference of suburban house consumers through frequency analysis and cross analysis as collecting data with survey and statistic. The results are following;As a result, objects that have an intention to live in suburban houses were more than opposite, and ‘masonry’ construction structure type was most preferred. Also, they responded that they prefer ‘initial construction cost’ for economical part, ‘construction outward’ for an aesthetic part, ‘light’ for an comfort part, ‘insulation property’ for convenience part and ‘nature feeling’ for an echo-friendly part. In result of cross analysis, preference of suburban consumers according to demographic characteristic has difference generally. Difference of preference for economic part that significance probability value was under 0.05 was a difference according to ‘initial construction cost’ and ‘investment value cost’ and there was a difference in aesthetic part according to ‘harmony with surround’ and ‘construction outward’. In echo-friendly part, there was a difference according to ‘nature feeling’ and ‘echo-friendly materials’. However, in comfort part and convenience part, so significance probability value was higher than 0.05 that there was no difference in statistic view. As a result of this study, construction structure types of suburban hoses influences preference of suburban house consumers according to each factor. Thus, if guideline about efficiency of construction structure type of suburban house according to preference of each influence factor, it is expected that residence satisfaction of suburban house consumers will be significantly increased.
