연구배경 미디어의 발달로 빠른 유행주기와 이를 마케팅 전략으로 내세운 SPA 브랜드의 등장으로 패션계는 경제 불황과 디자인 포화상태에 이르렀다. 대중들은 새로운 유행상품과 명품을 추구하기 보다는 클래식한 아이템과 편안함을 추구 하게 되면서 실용성과 평범함이 가미된 놈코어 스타일이 새롭게 등장했다. 연구방법 본 연구는 놈코어 패션에 대한 문헌연구를 토대로 2014F/W-2015S/S 기간 동안에 서울컬렉션에 나타난 320점의 사진자료를 바탕으로 놈코어 패션에 대한 조형적 특징에 대하여 연구하였다. 연구결과 서울컬렉션에 나타난 놈코어패션 분석결과, 대부분 유행을 타지 않고 활동하기 편안한 케쥬얼 아이템과 넉넉한 핏의 실루엣, 절제된 디자인과 최소한의 디테일 사용이 특징으로 나타났으며, 모노톤과 뉴트럴 컬러의 사용, 클래식한 패턴이 주로 사용된 것을 알 수 있었다. 결론 스타일분석에서 나타난 놈코어의 스타일의 특징으로는 유행을 타지 않고 평범한 스타일의 전통성, 미니멀하고 절제된 느낌의 단순성, 액티브한 느낌의 활동성, 편안하고 내추럴한 이미지의 자연성의 스타일 특성으로 나타났다. 이러한 특징을 토대로 놈코어가 지속가능성 있는 트렌드로 자리 잡고, 향후 놈코어 패션에 대한 활발한 연구를 기대해 본다.
Abstract
Background With the development of the media, by the emergence of fast fashion cycles and SPA brands which use these as a marketing strategy, the world of fashion has been changed into the status of economic recession and saturation of designs. As the general public chases the classical items and comfort rather than pursuing the new fashion goods and luxury products, Normcore style newly emerged, which the practicality and commonness was added to. Methods This study would try to research the Normcore fashion which appeared in the domestic high-fashion, based on the literature studies on it and photograph data of Seoul collection. Result As a result of analyzing the Normcore fashions which appeared in Seoul collection, I could find that most of them featured the casual items which were timeless and comfortable to act, silhouette of sufficient fit, understated designs, and use of minimal details, and that the monotone and neutral colors and classical patterns were mainly used. Conclusion The characteristics of Normcore style appeared in the style analysis included the traditionality of timeless and common styles, simplicity of minimal and understated feelings, activity of energetic feelings, and naturalness of comfortable and natural images. Based on these characteristics, the Normcore would get settled as a sustainable trend, and I hope the brisk researches on the Normcore fashion in the future.
