연구배경: 오늘날 스포츠 데이터 수집 기술의 발전으로 축구 경기에서 관중이 접하는 정보는 양적, 질적으로 팽창하고 있다. 경기 중 실시간으로 수집되는 데이터와 경가가 끝난 이후 집계되는 데이터들은 통계 처리와 같은 2차 가공을 거쳐 정보의 형태로 사용자에게 전달되기도 하고, 특별한 처리 작업 없이 데이터 자체로 제공되기도 한다. 본 연구는 축구 경기에 대한 평가를 위해 경기 중 선수들 간의 네트워크를 중심으로 축구 경기 리뷰에 관한 새로운 방법론을 모색하고자 한다. 연구방법: 축구 경기에서 선수가 수행한 역할을 파악하고 측정하기 위해 선수 사이의 관계를 보다 효과적으로 매핑 할 수 있는 소셜 네트워크 이론을 적용하여 선수의 사회 연결망 구조를 분석하였다. 연구결과: 선수들의 패스로 연결되는 연결망 모델과 중심성 수치를 통해 선수와 선수 사이의 관계를 보다 명확하게 파악할 수 있었으며 이를 바탕으로 선수 개인의 역량뿐 아니라 선수 개인이 팀워크에 미치는 역량을 분석하는데 효과적이었다. 결론: 스코어, 슈팅기록, 점유율과 같은 단편적인 축구 경기 데이터를 통한 결과지향적인 분석을 보안하기 위해서는 소셜 네트워크 이론을 통한 과정지향적인 분석이 효과적으로 사용될 수 있으며 이를 통해 정성적인 평점 시스템을 보완할 수 있는 근거 자료로 활용할 수 있을 것으로 기대한다.
Abstract
Background: Recently, Today, with the development of sports data collection technology, the information that spectators contact at a soccer match is expanding in quality and in quantity. The data collected in real-time match and the data collected after the match are passed to the user in the form of information via a secondary processing such as statistical process and also without any special processing to the data service itself. Methods: In order to understand and measure the role performed by players in the soccer game, we analyzed players social network structure by adapting social network theory that can effectively map the relationship between players. Result: We were able to understand clearly the relationship between the players through the network model and central figures that links to pass by players. And based on this information, it was effective to analyze individual competencies and also individual itself that effect on teamwork. Conclusion: In order to supplement result-oriented analysis from a fragmentary data of the soccer game, process-oriented analysis through social network theory has been found that can be used effectively.
