척수손상장애인의 사회적 지지와 삶의 만족도에 관한 연구: 자기효능감 매개효과 중심으로

본 연구는 척수손상장애인의 사회적 지지가 삶의 만족도에 미치는 영향에 있어서 자기효능감의 매개효과를 검증하기 위해 실시되었다. 이를 위해 2009년 10월 6일부터 12월 30일까지 전라북도에 거주하고 있는 척수손상장애인을 대상으로 설문한 자료 총 111부를 분석에 사용하였다. 연구결과 사회적 지지와 자기효능감이 삶의 만족도에 59.0%의 설명력이 있었으며, 사회적 지지가 자기효능감에 비해 높은 영향력이 있었다. 그리고 사회적 지지는 자기효능감을 통해서 삶의 만족도에 긍정적인 영향을 미치고 있는 것을 확인하였다. 이와 같은 연구결과를 통해서 척수손상장애인의 삶의 만족도를 높이기 위하여 사회적 지지를 강화하고 자기효능감을 향상시킬 수 있는 프로그램 개발 및 서비스 개입 방안을 제시하였다.
Abstract
This study has been carried out to look into whether or not self-efficacy mediates between social support and life satisfaction of those with Disability Owing to Spinal cord Injury. In order to carry out this study, those with Disability Owing to Spinal cord Injury, residents of Jeollabuk-do Province. were given questionnaires and asked to answer the questions that appear on them. A total of 111 copies of respondence were analysed which collected from the subjects. The survey period was from Oct. 6th, till Dec. 30, 2009. The result of the analysis shows that social support and self-efficacy have influence on the life satisfaction of the surveyed subjects by 59.0 percent and among the two element, social support was found to have a lot stronger influence, compared to self-efficacy. Social support was found to have exert a positive influence on their life satisfaction when they have self-efficacy as well. The findings show that in order to enhance life satisfaction of those with disability caused by spinal cord injury, it is necessary to boost social support and develop more various social welfare programs and provide them with services more actively that aim to improve their self-efficacy.
