사회복지종사자의 감성수준이 감정노동과 소진에 미치는 영향을 알아보기 위하여 감정노동은 독립변수로, 소진은 종속변수로, 감성지능은 조절변수로 보고, 상관분석, 중다회귀분석, 3단계 위계적 회귀분석을 사용한 조절적 회귀분석을 실시하였다. 검증결과 감정노동과 소진 관계에 정적 상관이 나타났으며, 감정노동은 소진과 부분적으로 유의미한 정(＋)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 그리고 감정노동과 감성지능의 상호작용 효과도 통계적으로 유의미하여 감정노동이 소진에 미치는 영향을 감성지능이 조절하는 것으로 나타났다. 이에 근거하여 사회복지종사자의 감성노동에 따른 소진을 감소하기 위한 감성지능을 강화하기 위한 훈련이 필요할 것이다.
Abstract
This study explored relationship between the emotional labor and Burn-Out of employees in social welfare organization and institution according to their emotional intelligence. Survey data were collected from 179 employees in social welfare organization and institution and analyzed by correlation analysis, and multiple regression analysis and multiple modrating regression analysis The results of this study were as follows; First, there were significantly positive correlations between emotional labor and burn-out. Also, emotional labor had partly positive effect on burn-out. Second, emotional intelligence of social welfare organization and institution plays a morderating role in relation between emotional labor and burn-out.
