강의평가 모형을 제시하고 그로부터 강의평가를 위한 설문문항을 도출하였다. D대학의 2010년 1학기 강의평가 결과를 가지고 우리가 제시한 강의평가 모형의 타당도와 신뢰도를 분석하였다. 크론바하 알파를 이용하여 확인한 문항의 신뢰도는 높았지만, 요인분석을 이용하여 확인한 타당도는 그다지 높다고 보기 어려웠다. 그 이유를 분석하고 타당도를 높이기 위해서 일정 정도 설문문항을 조정할 필요가 있었다. 결론에서는 설문문항의 개선을 위하여 몇 가지 제안을 하였다.
Abstract
This paper attempts to propose a course evaluation model and derive appropriate survey questions from it. It examines the validity and reliability of the proposed model by analysing D University's course evaluation results for the 2010 spring semester. Our analysis, which used Cronbach's alpha, shows that the reliability of the reformulated survey questions was good enough. However, a factor analysis reveals that the construct validity was not so high as expected. We need to make some changes to the questions in order to improve the validity of the model. In the conclusion, we make some suggestions for the improvement of survey questions.
