본 연구는 알코올 중독으로부터의 회복개념의 구성요인을 분석하고 각 요인의 특성을 파악하여 이를 바탕으로 회복을 위한 실천개입의 방향성을 찾고, 회복 지향적 서비스를 제공하기 위한 이론적 근거를 마련하고자 Q방법론을 활용하여 시행되었다. 문헌 고찰과 함께 4인의 회복자, 중독 전문가를 대상으로 심층 면접을 실시하여 Q 샘플을 완성하였고, 이를 토대로 20명의 회복자와 중독분야의 전문가들을 대상으로 조사가 이루어졌다. 연구 결과 알코올 중독으로부터의 회복 개념의 구성요인에는 모두 4개의 유형이 존재함이 발견되었고 이들 유형은 상호 독립적인 독특성을 가지고 있었다. 각각의 유형은 그 특성에 따라 ‘보통 사람형’, ‘구덩이 탈출형’, ‘영적 성장형’, ‘내 자리 찾기형’으로 명명되었다. 이들 각 유형의 속성에 따른 개별화된 실천적 개입 전략을 제시하였다.
Abstract
The aim of study is identifying the construct of recovery among recovering alcoholics and analyzing the trait of each type in it. This research used Q methodology. Besides literature review, in-depth interviews were carried out to collect the Q-population. In-depth interviews were conducted with 4 people in total. Then Q-sorting with in-depth interviews conducted with 20 P-samples in total, consisting of those who were recovering alcoholics and addiction professionals. As a result, the 4 factors were identified and each factor had independent uniqueness. Each factors were named as “ordinary human”, “escape from hole”, “spiritual growth”,“finding position” depends on their trait. Based on the results of this study, some individualized practical intervention strategies were suggested.
