자원봉사자의 여가비용이 여가제약 협상에 미치는 영향

초록

본 연구는 자원봉사자의 진지한 여가참여로 인한 여가 비용이 여가제약 협상에 미치는 영향이 있을 것이라는 척도개발을 위한 하위구성 개념과 문항을 탐색하여 타당도와 신뢰도를 검증하는데 목적이 있다. 여가활동은 참여기간이나 참여빈도, 참여시간이 요구 되는 경우가 많고 시간적비용, 경제적비용, 사회적비용, 신체적비용, 심리적 비용의 ‘여가비용’이 요구되는 결과로 이어질 가능성이 높다. 이에 따른 자원봉사자의 참여 정도가 여가제약 협상에 어떤 영향을 미치는지, 자원봉사자의 부정적인 측면인 여가비용이 여가제약 협상에 미치는 영향과 같은 궁금증을 실증적 연구를 통해 해결하고자 하였다. 지역아동센터에서 활동하고 있는 자원봉사자의 여가비용이라는 부정적 결과를 초래 하였을 때 이 비용을 효율적으로 관리하지 못하면 의도하지 않은 비용이 발생하거나 시간 투자나 경제적 비용 투자 등으로 인해 일과 여가 사이의 불균형에 빠질 수 있다. 따라서 본 연구는 이에 대한 여가제약 협상 관계의 연구 결과를 바탕으로 자원봉사자들에게 여가제약협상 전략을 통해 긍정적 방향으로 제언할 수 있도록 하며, 여가제약을 극복하여 지속적으로 참여하고자 하는 노력을 살펴보았다.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to verify validity and reliability by exploring sub-organization concepts and questions for developing a standard that says that the leisure costs due to serious leisure participation of volunteers will have an effect on negotiating leisure drugs. Leisure activities are likely to result in the need for "spare costs" of time, economic, social, physical, and psychological costs, which often require participation period, frequency of participation, and participation time. The purpose of the empirical study was to solve such questions as how the degree of volunteers' participation affects the negotiation of leisure medicine and how the negative aspects of leisure expenses affect the negotiation of leisure medicine. In the event of a negative result of the cost of leisure for a volunteer working at a local child center, failing to manage the cost effectively can result in unintended costs or an imbalance between work and leisure due to time investment or economic cost investment. Therefore, based on the results of the study on the relationship between the Leisure Pharmaceutical Negotiations, this study looked at efforts to continuously participate by overcoming the Leisure Pharmaceutical Negotiation Strategy and presenting it in a positive way.
