본 연구는 1-MCP의 농도별 및 처리시간별 처리가 분화 심비디움 ‘Goldenbell’ 의 품질에 미치는 영향을 알아보고자 수행하였다. 개화율은 모든 처리구에서 100% 정상적으로 개화하였으나 낙화율은 처리간에 상당한 차이를 나타내었다. 1-MCP 0.168 mg·m-3 처리구는 무처리와 0.021mg·m-3 처리에 비해현저히 감소된 결과를 나타내었다. 에틸렌 발생량도 1-MCP를 120분간 0.168 mg·m-3 처리 시 무처리1903.3 mL·h-1·kg-1에 비해 867.6 mL·h-1·kg-1로 현저히 감소되었다. 따라서 이러한 결과는 분화심비디움의 품질선도유지에 매우 효과적임을 알 수 있었다.
Abstract
A study was conducted to examine the effect of 1-MCP on quality in pot Cymbidium‘Goldenbell’. Rate of flowering was progressed normally as 100%. Rate of flower absicissiondecreased with 0.168 mg·m-3 as compared to 0.021 mg·m-3 and control. Ethylene productiondecreased with 0.168 mg·m-3 (867.6 mL·h-1·kg-1) as compared to control(1903.3 mL·h-1·kg-1). Theresults indicated that 1-MCP could be best condition on freshness maintenance in potCymbidium ‘Goldenbell’.
