베트남 민화(民畫)에 관한 연구: 베트남 민화와 중국 연화(年畵) 간 형태상 유사성을 중심으로

Abstract

In the past, China played a central role in East Asian culture. Therefore, many countries in East Asia today belong to the Chinese cultural sphere. This means that they were culturally influenced by Chinese characters and Confucianism. And from that, it means that they have common cultural similarities. Among the countries belonging to the Chinese cultural sphere, especially Korea and Vietnam are geographically located far apart, to the east and west of China respectively. Therefore, they are distinctly categorized as Northeast Asia and Southeast Asia. Nevertheless, culturally, both countries were strongly influenced by Chinese culture in almost all fields, including language, religion, customs, and art. This has been proven through several related prior studies that have already been conducted. Nevertheless, this study attempts to confirm whether Chinese culture is acting as a base culture in both cultures. As a means of doing this, this study focuses on Vietnamese folk paintings. This is because in Vietnam, folk paintings are defined as pictures that reflect the spirit of Vietnamese religion, faith, sentences, ideas, history, and daily life. It also defines folk paintings as pictures that reflect the spirit and life of the Vietnamese people. Therefore, it is expected to examine the traditional concept of Vietnamese people, customs and lifestyle. In addition, it is expected that the impact of China culture. In order to achieve the purpose of research purposes, this paper reviews domestic prior studies related to Vietnamese folk painting in Chapter 2. In chapter 3, examines the origins of Vietnamese folk painting and its forms. In chapter 4, explores the similarities between Vietnamese folk painting and Chinese New-Year painting. Finally, summarizes the contents of all of the contents of the entire contents. In addition, the form of similarity and differentiation between Vietnamese and Chinese folk painting is presented. This study is expected to contribute to a better understanding of the cultural characteristics of Vietnamese people. Furthermore, it is anticipated that by enhancing understanding of cultural similarities and differences between Koreans and Vietnamese, this study can also contribute to social integration in today's multicultural Korean society.
