전문계고등학교 학생의 직업선호에 미치는 직업기초능력의 영향 연구

이 연구는 공업계열 전문계고등학교 학생의 직업기초능력이 학생들의 직업선호에 미치는 영향 분석하기 위하여 빈도분석, 로지스틱 회귀분석, 판별분석을 실시하였다. 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 공업계열 전문계고등학교 학생의 직업기초능력 실태는 집중능력이 높고, 언어능력이 매우 낮은 경향을 보였다, 둘째, 공업계열 전문계고등학교 학생의 직업선호 경향은 예․체능, 기술전문가 부분에서 매우 높게 나타난 반면, 농어업과 단순노무에서 낮은 선호도를 보이고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 이 연구에서 분류한 18개의 직업분야 중 ‘관리자’, ‘전문가(과학기술)’, ‘전문가(의료ㆍ종교)’, ‘사무’ 직업분야에서 공업계열 전문계고등학교 학생의 직업기초능력에 의해 학생들의 직업선택을 예측할 수 있었다. 넷째, 공업계열 전문계고등학교 학생의 직업기초능력 중 과학영역이 집단을 판별하는 데 가장 큰 기여하는 것으로 나타났다.
Abstract
The purpose of this study is to investigates Key Competencies of a special high school student, and grasps occupational preference trend in order to study the effect by Key Competencies on occupation preference This study was able to get the following conclusions by the foundation to this result of research. First, this study investigated Key Competencies of special high school students. As a result, the concentration ability of the student is high, and the language ability is low. Second, occupational preference of the technical specialist, artist and physical exercise appeared very high. third, this study led a regression equation from Key Competencies levels in order to forecast the occupation preference of the students. Fourth, this study analyzed the influence that Key Competencies had on to occupational preference by scope. Therefore, There are most a lot of scientific scope contributed most to distinguish a group.
