이 연구는 단위학교장의 지도성 행동 및 학교장 신뢰와 교사의 학교 헌신의 관계 정도를 탐색하는 것이다. 3개 시도교육청들에 소재한 학교에 재직 중인 교원 173명을 대상으로 연구한 결과 교사의 학교규모별, 그리고 교육경력별에 따라 학교장 지도성 행동 유형, 학교 헌신, 학교장 신뢰 인식 정도가 달랐다. 학교장 지도성 행동, 학교장 신뢰, 그리고 학교 헌신의 관계는 교사들이 인식하는 정도에 의해 학교장의 지도성 행동과 교사의 학교 헌신 영역에서 배경 변인별로 다르게 나타났다. 학교장의 지도성 행동, 학교장 신뢰 그리고 교사의 학교 헌신은 각 하위 요인별로 관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 연구 결과는 학교장의 지도성 행동은 교사의 학교장 신뢰에 따라 학교 헌신이 달라지며, 교사의 신뢰에 바탕을 둔 효과적인 지도성 발휘를 통해 교사의 학교 헌신을 유도할 수 있음을 나타내고 있다.
Abstract
The purposes of this study is to explore the relationship among principal's leadership behavior style, teachers' principal trust and teachers' school commitment among 3 areas school teachers. The questionnaire were distributed to 173 school teachers in Gyunggi, Daejeon, Gangwon Province. For the purposes, it were found that a significant different perception existed on principal's leadership behavior style, teachers' principal trust and teachers' school commitment by the background subvariables. And there was a significant correlation among principal's leadership behavior style, teachers' principal trust and teachers' school commitment factors. In addition, it was found that there were significant relationships among some subvariables of principal's leadership behavior style, teachers' principal trust and teachers' school commitment.
