초록

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to provide a review for reform of legislative process. Current legal theory is concerned with the legislation. We have to be more interested in the study of legislation or legisprudence. This article consists of 8 parts. I mentioned the purpose of this study as an introduction in part I. Part II is the summary of the current problem and proposed reform plan of the legislative process in the executive branches and national congress. Part III deals with the preliminary self-review on the bills in the legislative process. Part IV focuses on the problem of due process of law in the congress. Part V discusses how important the democratization of legislative process is. Key Words : Legislation, Legislative Process, Due Process of Law, Participatory Democracy, Deliberative DemocracyPart VI deals with the systematization of the acts. Part VII is about the efficiency of the legislative process and the efficiency of the bill itself.
