초록
Acute motor axonal neuropathy (AMAN) is a well known clinical entity of Guillain-Barre syndrome characterized by preserved sensory nerve but reduced compound muscle action potential amplitude without decreasing motor nerve conduction velocity and conduction block. AMAN has been known to show relatively good prognosis but there has been little attention about clinically rapid improvement. We experienced two cases of AMAN with rapid clinical improvement with full recovery of electrophysiologic findings.
