상완신경총 종양에 의한 단일신경병증

본 저자들은 쇄골 상하부에 걸쳐 위치한 상완신경총 종양을 갖고 있으면서, 근전도 검사 결과 상 단신경병증 유형을 보였던 증례를 보고하고자 한다. 좌측 상지의 저린감을 주소로 내원한 37세 여자 환자가 근전도실을 방문하였다. 시행한 신경근전도 검사 상 좌측 요골감각신경 활동전위 반응크기 감소 외에 다른 이상소견을 보이지 않았으나 자기공명영상 검사 상 상완신경총 전반에 걸쳐 위치한 신경초종으로 진단되었다. 따라서 신경초종이 상완신경총 전반에 걸쳐 위치하여도, 신경근전도 검사 상 침범정도는 다양할 수 있다는 것을 확인하였다.
