본 연구의 목적은 한국어 교사의 전문성을 제고하기 위하여 교수학적내용 지식(PCK) 성찰 도구로서의 ‘CoRe(Content Representation)’를 개발하는 데에 있다. ‘CoRe’는 교사 자율성에 기반한 교수학적 내용 지식(PCK) 성찰 도구로서 교사의 교육적이고 전문적인 경험을 체계적으로 들여다볼 수 있도록 한다. ‘CoRe’는 특히 교육 내용 및 학습자, 교수･학습방안에 대한 교사의 이해를 향상시키는 데에 효과를 보이는데 본고에서는 한국어 교사의 다면적인 전문성을 아우르기 위하여 ‘CoRe’의 성찰 범위를 확장하고 초점화하고자 하였다. 수업 이상의 고차원적인 교육적 과제 수행을 위한 교수학적 내용 지식(PCK)의 발달이 이루어질 수 있도록교육과정 및 평가, 교육 맥락에 대한 성찰 항목을 추가하였으며 ‘CoRe’ 작성을 수업 전후로 구분하여 개발하였다. 총 10개의 성찰 항목으로 이루어진 수업 전 단계에서의 ‘CoRe’는 수업 전문성 향상에 초점이 맞추어져있으며, 총 7개의 성찰 항목으로 이루어진 수업 후 단계에서의 ‘CoRe’는개발자 및 평가자, 행정가로서의 역할 수행을 위한 전문성 확장이 이루어질 수 있도록 구성하였다.
Abstract
The purpose of this study is to develop ‘Content Presentation’ as a tool for reflecting on ‘PCK’ to enhance the expertise of Korean language teachers. ‘CoRe’ is a ‘PCK’ reflective tool based on teacher autonomy, allowing a systematic look into the teacher's educational and professional experience. “CoRe” is particularly effective in improving teachers' understanding of content, learners, and teaching and learning methods. In order to encompass the multifaceted expertise of Korean language teachers, this study to expand and focus on the scope of reflection of “CoRe.” To enable the development of ‘PCK’ to perform higher-level educational tasks than classes, ‘CoRe’ was developed separately before and after classes. The ‘CoRe’ in before class with a total of 10 reflections is focused on improving the professionalism of the class, and the ‘CoRe’ in after class phase with a total of seven reflections is organized to allow the expansion of the expertise for the role of developers, evaluators and administrators.
