Abstract
This study aims to design an educational program that systematically enhances the technological integration capabilities of Korean language teachers. To achieve this, the study integrates the Technological Pedagogical Content Knowledge (TPACK) framework with the ASSURE model, proposing an instructional design approach that enables teachers to effectively utilize Technological Knowledge (TK), Pedagogical Knowledge (PK), and Content Knowledge (CK) in an integrated manner. The program is structured to provide hands-on learning experiences, allowing teachers to directly design and implement technology-integrated lessons. Additionally, to ensure flexibility in various educational settings and accommodate different levels of teaching experience, the program considers options such as grouping teachers by proficiency levels, adjusting activity duration, and modifying learning objectives and content. Expert validation was conducted to assess the logical consistency and feasibility of the program. The results confirmed a high level of validity in the areas of goal setting, instructional methodology, and evaluation structure. This study presents a practical and systematic approach to developing the TPACK competencies of Korean language teachers, contributing to their ability to effectively adapt to digital learning environments and implement learner-centered instruction.
