Abstract

The study mainly focused on analysing the impact of the participant's motivation on tourist satisfaction and behavior intention by marine tourism. Marine tourism refers to ocean-related tourism activities away from daily life for tourism purposes. In this study, a theoretical study was conducted on the activation factors of marine tourism and an interview survey was conducted on tourists visiting a marine site in Shinan-gun. This study analyzed the impact towards Shinan-gun in the perspective of marine tourism.The effect of visitor’s satisfaction, attraction diversity, and the contribution of visitors were analysed on this study.Three hypotheses were derived and verified for the verification of the main assumption. Firstly, an analysis of the impact of participation by visitors to the marine tourist resort on tourism satisfaction by demographics showed that tourism motivation has a positive impact on tourism satisfaction. Secondly, it has been shown that the motivation for visitors to the marine tourist resort has a statistically significant influence on the behavior of tourists. Thirdly, the effect of tourism satisfaction on the behavior of tourists has shown that tourism drivers have a significant positive impact on their behavior. However, the discussion can be conducted to find marketing strategies and ways to develop new marine tourism resources to satisfy future visitors by looking at what causes visitors to participate in the marine tourism zone and how factors in the participation affect the satisfaction and behaviour of tourists.
