이 연구의 목적은 전문대학 현장실습 참여 대학생의 학습전이와 개인 및 대학 변인의 관계를 구명하는 데 있었다. 이 연구에서는 비례층화 방식을 통해 선정된 35개 대학의 350명 현장실습 참여 대학생으로 구성되었으나, 미회수 및 불성실한 응답을 제외하고 309명의 자료를 확보하여 위계적 선형모형 분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과는 첫째, 현장실습 참여 대학생의 학습 전이에 대한 전체 변량 중 대학 간 차이에 의해 설명되는 비율은 6.3%였으며, 개인 간 차이에 의해 설명되는 비율은 93.7%로 나타났다. 둘째, 대학 차원의 변인들인 역량기반 교육과정, 수업환경(물리적 환경), 학교풍토 등이 학습전이에 의미있는 영향을 미치는 것으로 확인되었다. 셋째, 현장실습 참여 대학생의 개인 변인 중 자기효능감, 학습동기, 전공몰입, 목표지향성 등은 학습전이 수준에 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 상호작용 분석 결과, 학습전이와 목표지향성의 관계에서 역량기반 교육과정이 조절효과를 보이는 것으로 나타났다. 이상의 연구 결과를 토대로 현장실습 참여 대학생의 학습전이 향상을 위한 시사점과 제언을 제시하였다.
Abstract
The study aims to analyze the hierarchical relationship between individual and college variables and learning transfer of junior college students participating in field practice. A total of 350 students from 35 colleges were selected through proportional stratified sampling. After excluding incomplete or insincere responses, data from 309 students were analyzed using hierarchical linear modeling. The results of this study are as follows: First, the variance in the learning transfer among students participating in field practice explained by differences between colleges was 6.3%, while the variance explained by differences between students was 93.7%. Second, college variables, such as competency-based curriculum, classroom environment, and school climate, were found to have a significant impact on learning transfer. Third, individual variables, including self-efficacy, learning motivation, major engagement, and goal orientation, were found to significantly influence the level of learning transfer. Fourth, interaction analysis revealed that the competency-based curriculum moderated the relationship between learning transfer and goal orientation. Based on these findings, the study presents implications and suggestions for improving the learning transfer of junior college students participating in field practice.
