Abstract
Theaimsofthisstudyareidentifyingcommunicationproblemsandsolutionsbetweenhealthcareteamandclient,andhealthcareteam themselves.Suggestedcommunicationsbetweenhealthcareteam andclientincludeapatientcentered communication,aselfassertivecommunication,acomplementarytransactioncommunication,acongruentcommunicationandanon-violentcommunication.Andupwardandhorizontalcommunicationsaresuggestedforcommunicationsbetweenhealthcareteam themselves.
