유지보수 대상인 정보자원은 서버 및 네트워크를 포함한 전산장비, PC 등의 하드웨어와 상용SW, 응용SW 등의 소프트웨어, 정보보안제품 등으로 다양하다. 이와 같은 정보자원의 항목별로 특성이 존재하며, 유지보수 방식과 비용도 차이가 있다. 복잡한 유지보수체계로 인하여 조직에 적합한 유지보수 기준을 마련하는데 어려움이 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 포커스그룹인터뷰와 설문조사 방법을이용하여 정보자원 유형과 유지보수 계약방식, 그리고 정보자원별 유지보수방식을 분석하였다. 분석결과 소프트웨어와 하드웨어에 따라 유지보수 계약 방식을 달리하는 것이 바람직하고, 하드웨어 유지보수 비용이 소프트웨어에 비하여 낮지만 유지보수 계약의 중요성과 우선순위는 높다는 것이 파악되었다. 본 연구결과는 조직에서 정보자원별 유지보수 계약방법과 유지보수 우선순위를 결정을 위한 자료로 활용될 것이다.
Abstract
IS resources, which is a target of maintenance, are composed of server, PC, COTS,application and security products. The diverse characteristics are reason for the difference of maintenancetypes and costs. Those factors are made complex maintenance mechanism and make a difficultto estimate the maintenance cost. This study categorized maintenance and IS resource typesusing focus group interview. And, analyzed maintenance contract status and verified the differenceusing questionnaire. Following the results, it is reasonable to divide contract types between softwareand hardware. Though, hardware’s maintenance cost is lower than software, but the maintenancepriority and importance is higher. Those study results can be used to determine themaintenance priority and contract methods.
