EA와 연계한 정보시스템의 비용효율적유지보수 방안에 대한 연구

초록

정보시스템의 유지보수 비용이 정보화 비용의 70~80%까지 증가하면서 비용효율적인 유지보수 방안에 대한 논란이 지속되어 왔다. 하지만, 유지보수 활동 관련 데이터를 보유한 기업은 소수에 불과하고, 의사결정권자 및 정보시스템 관리자에게 효율적인 유지보수를 위한 의사결정 정보 제공도 미흡하였다. 또한 유지보수 비용은 지속적으로 증가하고 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 비용효율적인 관점에서 기존의 유지보수 연구의 한계점을 살펴보고, Enterprise Architecture(EA) 및 PRM을 연계한 유지보수 비용효율화 방안을 제시하였다.

Abstract

As the cost of system maintenance has increased up to 70% to 80% of total information system cost and, we pay more attention to the efficiency of the system maintenance. However, there are few companies which have cost data about the system maintenance activities. Decision makers and system managers were deficient in the information that are needed for efficient aintenance. The cost of system maintenance continues to more increase, now. This paper provides research trends on the system maintenance and points out a more efficient method for system maintenance by using EA and PRM.
