초록

Clostridium ramosum은 그람 양성 절대무산소성 간균으로 비병원성 세균이며 사람의 위장관에 정상 상재균으로 존재한다. 이 균은 Clostridum 균종에서도 비정형적인 특징을 갖는 RIC 그룹에 속하며, 소아에서 중이염, 면역이 저하된 성인 환자에서 다양한 감염을 일으킬 수 있다고 드물게 보고되어 왔다. 하지만 아직까지 국내에는 이 균에 의한 인체감염이 보고된 바가 없어, 저자들은 압박궤양 및 결장암 환자에서 발생한 C. ramosum에 의한 균혈증 2예를 보고하는 바이다. Abstract

Clostridium ramosum is Gram-positive anaerobic bacillus and is known as a non-pathogenic enteric bacterium. It is a member of the RIC group, which is a subgroup of Clostridium having atypical characteristics. Rarely, it has been reported as a pathogen of otitis media in young children or the cause of infection in immunosuppressed adults. Here, we report the first two Korean cases of C. ramosum bacteremia in colon cancer and pressure sore cases, respectively. (Ann Clin Microbiol 2015;18:-101)
