국내 무용교육학 연구 동향 분석: 주요 학술지를 중심으로
An Analysis on Domestic Research Trends of Dance Education: Focusing on Major Journals

본 연구의 목적은 지난 10년 동안의 국내 주요 학술지에 게재된 무용교육학 연구 동향을 살펴봄으로써 현재 국내 무용교육학의 현 위치를 파악하고, 앞으로의 과제를 탐색해보고자 하였다. 연구방법은 학진 등재지로 무용학의 다양한 학문을 아우른다고 판단되는 대한무용학회, 한국무용과학회, 한국무용기록학회의 학술지 총 세 개를 선정하였다. 분석자료는 2004년부터 2013년까지 세 개의 학술지에 수록된 논문들을 중심으로 분석하였다. 이렇게 자료수집 및 분석된 것을 토대로 내용분석(contents analysis)을 하였으며, 그 결과 총 203개의 논문이 추출되었다. 연구결과 국내 무용교육학을 1기(2004~2006), 2기(2007~2009), 3기(2010~2013) 세 시기를 구분하여 ‘연도별 출판 현황’, ‘연구주제별 출판 현황’, ‘연구대상자별 출판 현황’, ‘연구방법별 출판 현황’을 중심으로 분석하여 결과를 도출하였다. 본 연구의 결론은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 연도별 출판현황은 무용교육학 관련 논문의 양적인 성장을 확인할 수 있었다. 둘째, 연구주제별 출판 현황은 프로그램 개발 및 효과, 무용학습효과, 무용교수법 등 무용교육의 실질적 발달에 따른 연구가 폭넓게 진행되었다. 셋째, 연구대상별 출판 현황은 유아를 포함한 일반 초·중·고·대학생, 무용전공 초·중·고·대학생, 노인을 포함한 일반성인, 무용교사 및 교수, 무용전공인, 장애우 순으로 연구가 진행되었다. 넷째, 연구방법별 출판 현황은 양적 연구 논문, 질적 연구 논문, 통합 연구 논문 순으로 나타났다. 이러한 연구결과를 통해 본 연구자는 무용교육학 연구범위가 확대되어 일부 학회지에 편향되어 출판되는 현 상황에서 벗어나 다양한 학술지에 무용교육학 관련 논문이 출간될 필요가 있다. 또한 무용교육학의 양적, 질적 발전을 도모하기 위해 학회지 마다 각각의 전문성을 토대로 그 분야에서 바라보는 무용교육학의 다양한 사고방식의 지식과 경험을 수용하는 연구가 필요하며 향후 교육과정, 교수학습방법, 평가 등 무용교육학 연구 범위가 균형 있게 확대되어야 할 것이다.
Abstract
This study analyzed domestic research trends of dance education in major korean journals for the last ten years, to understand the present status and to find out the future assignments of domestic dance education. For that, the three journals of The Korean Society of Dance, Korean Society of Dance Science, and The Korea Society of Dance Documentation from Korean Citation Index were selected as study objects, which could be judged as representative ones of various parts of dance. And research papers of those three journals from 2004 to 2013 were collected. Among those materials, by contents analysis, total 203 papers were selected and analyzed. As the study results, domestic dance education research was divided into three periods of first(2004-2006), second(2007-2009), and third(2010-2013) stage, and the conclusions were deducted by the analyses according to the publication conditions of years, study subjects, study objects, and study methods. The conclusions of this study were as follows. First, according to the publication conditions of years, the quantitative improvement of study papers was confirmed. Second, according to the publication conditions of study subjects, the various study subjects like program development and effects, effects of dance education, and teaching methods were researched by practical improvement of dance education. Third, according to the publication conditions of study objects, the studies on ordinary elementary·middle·high·university students including preschooler, elementary·middle·high·university students majoring in dance, ordinary adults including the elderly, dance teacher and professor, dance majors, and the disabled were performed in the order of written. Fourth, according to the publication conditions of study methods, quantitative study, qualitative study, and integrated study were performed in the oder of written.
