차량검지기 자료 관련 연구동향 분석 및 발전방향

최근 국내․외에서는 고속도로 및 여러 도시에 ITS를 도입하여 차량검지기 자료를 수집, 활용하고 있다. 국내에서는 이들 자료를 주로 반복/비반복 정체관리, 돌발상황관리, 경로안내 서비스 등 실시간 정보에 국한되어 이용되고 있으나, 국외에서는 이들 분야 외에 교통정책 평가, 교통사업 평가, 교통안전 증진 등의 다양한 목적에도 활용하고 있다. 본 연구는 차량검지기 자료와 관련된 국내외 연구를 조사, 분석하고 이를 통해 시사점을 도출하여 향후 국내 차량검지기 자료 관련 연구의 발전방향을 제시하였다. 연구범위는 고속도로 등의 연속류 구간과 고속국도 우회도로의 단속류 구간에 설치된 루프검지기와 영상검지기 같은 차량검지기 자료를 대상으로 한다. 다만 자료가공 부문의 자료융합에 대한 연구는 루프검지기의 지점검지자료와 GPS Probe, AVI(Automatic Vehicle Identification)의 구간검지자료를 융합하는 것이 대부분이므로 이 연구에 한하여 구간검지자료를 대상으로 한 것도 포함한다. 이를 위해 본 연구는 차량검지기 자료와 관련된 최근 국내외 학술대회 발표논문, 학술지 논문, 연구보고서를 1) 자료수집, 2) 자료가공, 3) 자료저장, 4) 자료품질 부문으로 구분하고 각 연구에 대한 연구대상 차량검지기, 연구목적, 연구방법론 등을 분석하였다. 또한 각 부문별 국내외 연구동향 비교와 시사점을 제시함으로써 향후 국내 차량검지기 자료 관련 연구의 발전방향을 제시하였다.

Abstract

A VDS data in the domestic has been used within limits to real time information such as congestion management, incident management, and route guidance service. On the other hand, a VDS data in the foreign countries had been used to various objectives such as transportation policy assessment, transportation construction evaluation, traffic safety improvement, and etc. The scope and method of the study is the VDS data which was installed in the uninterrupted flow such as the freeway and the interrupted flow in a diversion route of the freeway. It has investigated and analyzed the VDS as our subject to study, study objective and study methodology for each study generally classified as 1) data collection 2) data processing 3) data store and 4) data quality section.This study has investigated and analyzed the various literatures in domestic and foreign countries regarding the VDS data. And It drew the development direction of the study which is about VDS data in domestic from now.
