우리나라는 주로 교통관리 및 교통정보 제공목적으로 다양한 종류의 차량검지기와 CCTV로부터 실시간 교통자료를 수집하고 있다. 실시간 교통자료는 가공과정을 거친 후 반복/비반복 정체관리, 돌발상황관리, 경로안내 서비스 등에 활용되고 있다. 그러나 이와 같은 실시간 활용 이외에는 활용분야가 매우 제한적인 실정이다. 실시간 교통자료는 그 자료를 축적하여 이력자료를 구축하고 이력자료 가공을 통해 정보를 추출한다면 활용분야를 넓힐 수 있다. 최근 미국에서는 실시간 수집자료를 축적하여 이력자료를 구축하고 이용자가 이용할 수 있도록 하는 이력자료 이용자서비스(ADUS; Archived Data User Service)를 도입하였다. 우리나라도 ITS 수집자료의 활용성을 증가시키기 위해 이력자료 이용자 서비스를 도입해야 할 필요가 있다.본 연구에서는 이력자료 이용자서비스 도입을 위해 필요한 서비스 아이템 도출을 연구목적으로 하고 있다. 서비스 아이템 도출을 위해 고속도로를 중심으로 관련연구 및 활용사례를 분석하고 차량검지기 자료의 활용현황을 조사하였다. 이들 분석과 조사결과를 토대로 이력자료 이용자서비스에서 제공할 이력자료 아이템을 선정하였다. 이력자료 수요조사를 통해 이들 아이템의 활용목적 및 용도와 필요건수를 조사함으로써 아이템의 중요도를 파악할 수 있었다.
Abstract
The purpose of this research is to investigate service item to develop archived VDS(Vehicle Detecting System) data user services. Through the review of related studies and literature and investigation of the current application status of the vehicle detector data, the service item from the historical detector data were identified. The relative importance of the identified service item was measured based on the application purpose, usage and frequency of application.
