관광경영학과 전공 대학생의 전공선택동기, 성실성 및 사회적지지가 진로준비행동에 미치는 영향

본 연구의 목적은 관광경영학과 대학생들의 진로준비 행태에 대한 전공선발 동기부여, 양심, 사회적 지원이 미치는 영향을 조사하는 것이다. 관광경영학과 학생을 대상으로 설문조사가 실시됐다. 총 194개의 설문지가 분석되었다. 연구 결과, 첫째, 전공선발 동기 부여가 진로 준비 행태에 상당한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 양심성은 진로 준비 행동에 중요한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났습니다. 셋째, 사회적 지원이 진로 준비 행동에 큰 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났습니다. 이러한 결과의 이론적 및 관리적 영향이 검토되었습니다.
Abstract
The purpose of this study is to investigate the effects of motivation of major selection, conscientiousness and social support on career preparation behavior of university students majoring in tourism management. A survey was conducted for students of the department of tourism management. A total of 194 questionnaires were analyzed. As a result of the study, first, it was found that the Motivation of Major Selection had a significant effect on the career preparation behavior. Second, conscientiousness was found to have a significant effect on career preparation behavior. Third, it was found that social support had a significant effect on career preparation behavior. The theoretical and managerial implications of these results were examined.
