한국 의료관광과 웰니스관광의 융합모델에 관한 연구

본 연구는 개발된 모형을 바탕으로 의료 등 건강지향 관광에 관심이 있는 관광전문가들에게 유용한 통찰력과 방향을 제시한다. 가장 큰 국제 의료 관광객은 애프터케어와 건강관리를 위해 국내 웰니스 관광으로 흘러갈 것으로 예상된다. 향후 한국관광은 의료복지관광의 가장 큰 융합이 될 것이다. K-Mediwell 융합 관광모델의 개선을 위해 본 연구의 제언은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 의료관광과 웰니스관광은 상호간으로 융합되어 의료웰니스 관광과 웰메디 관광이 이루어질 것이다. 본 연구에서는 의료관광 중심의 웰니스관광이라는 전체 모델이 지역 내, 그리고 K-웰메디 반대쪽 끝의 국제 관광객을 유치하기 위해 제안하였다. K-웰메디 관광단지를 선진국에 수출함으로써 K-웰메디 관광단지가 국내 K-Mediwell 관광객을 국제 K-Mediwell 관광 산업으로 유치하기 위한 허브 역할을 할 것으로 예상된다. 둘째, 의료센터 방문을 의미하는 국제 의료관광은 또한 열모래 목욕, 습한 지역, 팸페어링 치료, 요가/명상, 비노 치료, 탈라소 요법과 같은 웰니스 관련 제품이 장착되어 있다. 셋째, 개발 단계마다 많은 융합을 위해 설계된 다른 모델이 개발될 것이다. 그리고 K-Mediwell 관광모델과 K-Wellmedi 관광융합의 새로운 모델을 모색할 필요가 있다. 전자는 외국 개발도상국에 수출된다. 후자는 외국 선진국에 수출됩니다. 질병 예방과 국가 웰빙 관광객의 웰빙 증진을 위해 K-Mediwell 관광이 필요할 것이다. 잘 개발된 K-Mediwell 관광 모델은 코로나바이러스 대유행 위기에서 2009년부터 한국에 온 고부가가치 국제 의료관광객 유치를 통해 한국의 미래 관광 산업에 도움이 될 것이다. 넷째, 관광 도전 부문 리더와 경쟁자의 융합은 성공을 위한 공동 목표를 위해 함께 노력합니다. 융합의 강도와 지속적인 집중력을 극대화하기 위해서는 장기적인 사고와 계획, 협력이 필요하다. 진정한 융합은 의료 관광 협회, 웰니스 관광 협회와 비공식 헬스케어 허브 및 리조트 호텔 같은 다른 모델과는 별개로 구별되고 구별되는 방식으로 정의되고 조직되고 지배된다. 성공을 위한 융합 계획을 수립하고 개발하고 실행하려면 융합관광 교육프로그램이 융합문제에 대한 혁신적인 해결책을 제공하는 데 도움이 되는 경험, 지식 및 전문 지식이 필요하다.
Abstract
There is no model of the fusion of medical tourism and wellness tourism, which is upcoming in the future. This paper examines some of the major high value-added tourism between this health-oriented tourism industry in Korea, dividing them into two medical tourism and wellness tourism. The health-oriented tourism of SIT(Special Interest Tourism) are then examined in the context of these high value-added tourism industry. The paper explores converged model of health-oriented tourism such as medical tourism, wellness tourism and health tourism. It concludes by suggesting the new converged model of high value-added tourism in Korea, and by branding K-Mediwell tourism to the world.
