아동복 리폼 디자인을 위한 크로쉐 기법 활용 연구

Abstract

A reform is an act that changes the old into new in various fields including architectures, furnitures, designs, clothing and etc. A reform clothing means a work that modifying an outfit to improve or upgrade the beauty and function of the outfit. Considering the facts of children' body figures, which for one, a growth of horizontal measurement is faster than a vertical measurement. For two, the size of lower body parts are bigger than the upper body parts in development speaking. For three, they generally have a flat body figures because they have thick waists comparing with measurements of their chests and hips. Through the stages of growth, these flat body figures changes into either more feminie, or more muscular. In this research, we take a consider of these body figures of children and tried to seek the application of crochet technic to create reform design for children clothing. In the era of material wreath, reform clothes not only offer consumers a differentiated designs but also give economical benefits of reducing expenses for buying clothes. Futhermore it protects the environment by allowing to use clothes continuously.
