남성 속옷 패턴 설계에 관한 연구 - 하의 트렁크 스타일을 중심으로 -

The purpose of this study is to examine the pattern of underwear (woven boxer) for men that are used in the industrial field and to develop a underwear pattern that reflects the pattern technology of companies, has contemporary aesthetical expressions, and is fit for body movement. Various studies based of existing studies are being carried out on underwear pattern design, but industry-academic cooperation is not active yet. This study was significant in that it collected and analyzed industrial underwear patterns and expanded the range of study to the industrial field. The method of study was to collect underwear patterns used in the industry and examine industrial underwear pattern making methods, make an experimental pair of underwear, carry out physical tests on them. After correct and improve the pattern based on the results, present a new underwear pattern reflecting industrial pattern technology, create an experimental pair of underwears. And compare and analyze the underwears with industrials patterns through physical tests. The new study pattern was put through the same physical test and achieved high in evaluation of both outer appearance and body movement.
