연구배경 최근 COVID19로 인한 도서관 공간의 폐쇄 및 다양한 비대면 도서 대출 서비스의 발생 및 발전으로 디지털 도서관의 역할과 비중이 증대되며, 물리적 도서관의 일부 또는 전부를 디지털 도서관이 대체하게 되었다. 또한, 디지털 도서관 검색 과정에서 문학 분야는 원하는 자료를 한 번에 검색하기 어렵다는 것을 알게 되었다. 그리고 2021년 국민독서실태 조사에 따르면 소설이 가장 선호하는 분야는 도서 분야로 꼽혔다. 사용자들이 보다 정확한 소설도서 검색을 경험할 수 있기 위해 소설의 감성적 특징, 주제적인 특성, 그리고 사용자의 선호도를 이해해야 한다. 따라서, 본 연구자는 소설도서 카테고리에 관한 감성 분석이 필요하다고 판단한다. 이를 바탕으로 디지털 도서관 소설 검색 시각화 디자인에 기초 정보를 제공할 것이다. 연구방법 본 논문은 관련 문헌을 고찰하여 실증 분석을 하였다. 문헌 연구를 통해 디지털 도서관, 소설도서 카테고리 그리고 감성 분석에 관한 이론을 살펴보았다. 실증 연구에서는 감성 분석하기 위해 KJ 법과 클러스터 분석을 사용하여 소설도서와 관련된 15개 형용사를 선정하였다. 감성적 특징을 파악하기 위해 설문조사를 통해 각 소설도서 카테고리에 대한 감성 평가를 하였다. 주성분 분석을 통해 소설도서 카테고리 간의 관계를 파악하였다. 연구결과 첫째, 소설도서 카테고리의 신뢰도와 작업성은 정비례로 보였다. 둘째, 소설도서 카테고리의 신뢰도와 독창성은 반비례로 보였다. 셋째, 소설도서 카테고리의 작업성과 독창성은 반비례로 보였다. 결론 소설도서 카테고리의 감성 분석을 통해 카테고리별 소설도서의 감성적 특징, 주제적인 특성, 그리고 소설에 대한 사용자의 감정 평가를 볼 수 있다. 본 연구의 결과는 디지털 도서관 소설도서 검색 시각화 디자인의 기초자료가 될 수 있을 것이라 기대한다. 이를 통해 소설도서 카테고리의 검색 시각적 디자인을 통해 소설도서 검색의 효율성과 정확성을 향상시킬 것으로 기대한다.
Abstract
Background Due to the recent closure of library spaces caused by COVID-19 and the emergence and development of various contactless book borrowing services, physical libraries have been partially or entirely replaced by digital libraries. To enhance the user experience in searching for novels, it is essential to understand the emotional characteristics, thematic features, and user preferences of novels. Therefore, the researcher recognizes the need for sentiment analysis related to the book category of novel. This will provide fundamental information for designing visualizations in the search interface of digital library novels. Methods The research methodology of this study involved a literature review followed by empirical analysis. Through literature review, theories on digital libraries, novels, and sentiment analysis were examined. In empirical analysis, KJ method, cluster analysis, survey, and principal component analysis were employed. Result First, the reliability and usability of the novels showed a direct correlation. Second, the reliability of the novels showed an inverse correlation with its originality. Third, the usability of the novels showed an inverse correlation with its originality. Conclusion Through sentiment analysis of the novels, we can observe the emotional characteristics, thematic features, and users' sentiment evaluations of novels within each category. The results of this study are expected to serve as foundational data for designing visualizations in the search interface of digital library novels. Based on this, we anticipate that improving the efficiency and accuracy of novels searches can be achieved through visual design in the search interface of the novels.
