초등교원의 요학교에서는 현재를 위한 교육과 동시에 미래를 위한 교육도 중요하다. 미래를 살아가야 하는 학생들에게 AI와디지털 소양은 빼놓을 수 없는 역량이다. 이에 따라 AI·디지털 교육에 대한 필요성이 대두되고 있으며, 교원 또한해당 역량을 갖추기 위한 연수의 필요성이 점차 커져 가고 있다. 그래서 본 연구에서는 AI·디지털 연수 프로그램을 교원의 수준과 필요에 맞는 맞춤형 연수로 구성하기 위해 초등교원 대상 온라인 설문조사를 실시하였으며, 설문 결과에 따른 연수 운영 방안 기초 설계 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 수준별 맞춤형 AI·디지털 연수에 필요한 단계를 진입, 적응, 선도로 나누었으며 해당 연수 단계의 적절성과 연수 단계 간 운영 형태의 적절성을 확보하였다. 둘째, 연수 주제에 대한 자유 서술 분석을 통해 수준별 맞춤형 AI·디지털 연수 운영 주제를 도출하였다. 마지막으로 전체 설문의 데이터를 통한 수준별 맞춤형 AI·디지털 연수 추천 방법을 도출하였다.
Abstract
In the school, education for future as well as education for now are important. AI & digital competency is very essential to the students who live future. Accordingly, the necessity for AI & digital education is on the rise, and the need for teacher training to acquire the AI & digital competency is gradually increasing. So, in this study, an online survey was conducted for elementary school teachers to compose the customized AI & digital training program with teachers' level and needs. The results of the basic design of the training operation plan are as follows. First, the levels for customized AI & digital training program were divided into Beginner, Intermeadiate, Leader. The appropriateness of the training program level and operation form was verified. Second, through free narrative answers analysis of training program topics, customized AI & digital training program topics for each level were derived. Finally, a method for recommending customized AI & digital training by level was derived through the entire survey data.
