등교 수업과 온라인 수업을 병행하는 블렌디드 러닝에서 온라인 수업의 단방향성과 상호작용의 단절이 학력격차를 심화하는 원인으로 지목되고 있다. 본 연구는 위드 코로나 시대에 온라인 수업의 효과를 높이기 위한 블렌디드 러닝 모델을 개발하기 위하여 교사, 학생, 학부모 교육 공동체를 대상으로 표적 집단 인터뷰를 통하여 온라인에서 교사와 학생, 학생과 학생 간 의 상호작용을 높이기 위하여 돌봄 요소를 고려한 EduCare 모델을 제안하였다. 제안된 블렌디드 EduCare 모델에 대하여 전문가 타당성 검토를 거친 6가지 수업 운영 모형을 제안하였다. 온라인 돌봄요소를 고려함으로써 상호작용을 극대화할 뿐만 아니라 학습 실재감, 심리적 안녕감, 사회적 실재감을 높일 수 있으며, 궁극적으로 온라인 학습효과를 증진시킬 것이다.
Abstract
In blended learning, which combines school and online learning, unidirectionalness and disconnection of interaction are pointed out as the reason for widening the educational gap. This study conducted focus group interviews with teachers, students, and parents to develop a blended learning model to enhance the effectiveness of online learning. In order to increase the interaction between teachers and students online, the EduCare model considering care factors was proposed. Six practical models were proposed for the blended EduCare model. Not only interaction can be maximized, but learning reality and psychological well-being, social presence can be improved, and the effectiveness of online learning can be cultivated positvely.
