본 연구의 목적은 디지털 리터러시를 측정하는 컴퓨터 기반 수행형 평가 시스템을 개발하고 사용성을 검증하는 것이다. 본 연구에서 개발한 수행형 평가 시스템의 사용성은 4점 척도기준 적합성 3.8과 만족도 3.93으로 매우 적합한 것으로 나타났다. 특히, 전문가를 대상으로 한 휴리스틱 사용성 검증에서는 대부분 양호한 것으로 나타났다. 컴퓨터 기반 수행형 평가 문항을 개발할 때 고려해야 할 사항으로는 수행과정의 추상 수준 설정, 도구와 서비스의 사실성 설정, 버튼 및 아이콘의 활성화 설정, 부분 점수 설정을 도출하였다. 전체 수행 과정의 구현은 평가 시간이나 개발의 한계가 있으므로 평가 목적에 따라 중요한 부분을 중심으로 구현하는 것이 필요하다는 점과 평가 과정의 모든 로그를 기록할 수 있으나 개발 범위에 맞춰 부분 채점 모델로 설정해야 한다는 시사점을 도출하였다. 본 연구의 결론은 컴퓨터 기반 수행형 평가 시스템을 개발할 때 필요한 시사점을 제공한다.
Abstract
The purpose of this study is to develop a computer-based performance assessment system for measuring digital literacy and to verify its usability. The usability of the performance assessment system developed in this study was found to be highly appropriate, with a suitability score of 3.8 and a satisfaction score of 3.93 on a 4-point scale. In particular, the heuristic usability evaluation with experts showed that most items were rated as good. Considerations derived for developing computer-based performance assessment items included: setting the level of abstraction for the performance process, ensuring the authenticity of tools and services, activating buttons and icons, and defining partial scoring schemes. Implementing all processes of the assessment has time and development limits, so it is necessary to focus on important parts according to the assessment purpose, and all logs can be recorded, but the scoring model should be partial based on the development scope. The conclusion provides implications necessary for the development of computer-based performance assessment systems.
