Abstract
Mayan creation begins with appearance of light. At the time of first light of the day, at dawn, Corn god raised from under the earth. Corn god connected our world to under world and upper world by world tree. At the sky, there are three basic stone that formed hearth. From that time mayan people began their life, seeded the field with corn and harvested them according to the changing of sky. Mayan creation myth reveals human adaptation to agricultural settlement. It could find easily at different stelae, wall paintings of archaeological ruins.
