段丘地形으로부터 본 韓國 東海岸의 後期 更新世 環境變化와 地球的 規模의 環境變化 比較

초록

後期 更新世의 海成段丘 및 河成段丘로부터 도출된 韓國 東海岸의 後期 更新世 海水面 變化 및 氣溫變化 曲線과 世界 各地의 後期 更新世 海水面 變化 및 氣候變化 曲線을 對比한 결과, 韓國의 東海岸 地域도 世界 各地의 여러 地域들과 거의 同一한 海水面 變化 및 氣候變化의 過程을 거쳤음이 밝혀졌다. 이는 韓國 東海岸의 後期 更新世 環境變化가 地球的 規模의 後期 更新世 環境變化와 密接히 關聯되어 진행되었음을 意味한다.

Abstract

Environmental changes (sea level changes and climatic changes) indicated by the late Pleistocene marine and fluvial terraces of the eastern coast of Korea were compared with global-scale environmental changes in the late Pleistocene. Late Pleistocene environmental changes of the eastern coast of Korea are almost accord with the changes of solar insolation at 40?N, isotopic temperature of ice cores of Greenland and Antarctica, pollen assemblage of peat layer of Grande Pile, France, biogenic silica flux of lascurine deposits of Lake Biwa, Japan, grain size of Quarz of eolian deposit in Loess Plateau of central China, ocean d18O record and stages of deep sea core of equatorial ocean, and sea level changes induced by the marine terraces of Huon peninsula of New Guinea, Barbados of West Indies, and south Kanto of Japan in the late Pleistocene. This fact indicates that the late Pleistocene environmental changes in the eastern coast of Korea had been closely related with the global-scale environmental changes of the late Pleistocene.
