본 논문은 정신분열증의 유발을 두고 환경과의 관련성을 상담학적 관점에서 시도한다. 정신분열증은 크게 신체적인 측면과 심리적인 측면이 관련되어 작용되고 있다. 이는 인간이 기본적으로 신체를 가진 생물학적인 특성과 다시 그 작용으로 심리적인 특성이 행사되는 이유일 것이다. 실제로 최근의 정신분열증의 유발에서는 유전성의 생물학적인 측면이 인정되지만 환경적인 양육의 문제나 사회적인 관계도 영향을 끼치는 것으로 밝혀지고 있다. 이는 정신분열증이 신체적인 측면만 아니라 심리 및 사회적인 측면도 함께 연구되어야 함을 시사하는 것이다. 정신분열증의 환경적 원인에서는 사회적인 차원을 포함하여 아동의 양육의 방법이 그 선두에 선다. 아동이 스스로 독립되어 활동하기 어려운 시절에 부모와의 관계 아동의 정신에 크게 영향을 줄 수 있는 요인으로 부각되는 것이다. 이는 선천적인 유전적인 원인을 조작하기는 어렵지만 부모와의 관계는 얼마든지 개선할 수 있다는 점이 중요시 된다. 이런 문제는 임상에서 발견되는 것들 중에서도 매우 그 관련성이 높은 것으로 경험된다는 점에서 상담학적인 연구의 가능성을 높게 만들고 있다.
Abstract
This thesis deals with giving rise to schizophrenia relating with its environment in view of counseling. Mainly schizophrenia causes from physical and mental sides. The reason is that human has basically biological diagnosis having the body and as a result of its working the psychological diagnosis comes out. In fact, the most recent report of causing schizophrenia discloses that it is caused by the biological sides which is hereditary as well as by environmental breeding factor and the social relationship. Therefore it is suggestive of studying schizophrenia not only in the physical side but also in the psychological and the social sides. How to breed children is the most important factor in the environmental cause of schizophrenia including social dimension. Thus, the relationship of a child and his/her parents when he/she is too young to act by himself/herself is an essential factor which can give serious influence to his/her mind. The important thing is that the relationship with parents is improvable without limit while the genetic cause given by nature is hard to be made up. The problem of intimate relationship has been proved in the clinical studies. It suggests the high possibility of counseling study.
