보육교사의 성취목표지향성에 따른 교직에 대한 내재적 동기와 반성적 사고와의 관계 연구

본 연구는 보육교사들의 성취목표지향성의 유형 및 수준을 탐색하고 동기관련 심리적 특성인 성취목표지향성과 교직에 대한 내재적 동기와 반성적 사고가 어떠한 관계를 형성하고 있는지를 경험적으로 살펴보고자 하였다 .경기도에 위치한 어린이집의 보육교사 253명을 대상으로 보육교사의 성취목표지향성 교직에 대한 내재적 동기와 반성적 사고를 측정하는 설문지를 작성하여 조사를 실시한 결과는 다음과 같다 .첫째 보육교사들은 수행접근목표가 가장 높았고 숙달접근 숙달회피 수행회피목표 순으로 나타났다 . 16가지 목표유형에 따른 빈도분석 결과 4가지 성취목표지향성이 모두 높거나 모두 낮은 유형이 높은 빈도를 차지하는 것으로 나타나 보육교사들의 성취목표지향 유형은 한 개인이 여러 개의 목표지향성을 동시에 추구한다는 중다목표 관점을 지지하였다 .둘째 각 성취목표지향성 간의 상관은 숙달접근은 수행접근목표와 가장 높은 상관을 보였으며 수행회피목표와는 부적인 상관을 보였다 . 셋째 보육교사들의 성취 목표지향성과 내재적 동기가 반성적 사고에 미치는 영향력은 숙달접근목표 내재적 동기 수행접근목표순으로 나타났다. 보육교사의 반성적 사고는 목표지향성 중 숙달접근과 수행접근목표가 모두 높을 때 반성적 사고 능력도 향상된다는 것을 알 수 있다.
Abstract
What I have intended here were to examine types and levels of achievement goal orientations from multiple goal perspective and how teachers' achievement goal orientations are related to intrinsic motivation and reflective thinking. The findings of questionnaire survey on 235 teachers of nursery schools located in Gyeong-gi Do(Province) measuring achievement goal orientations, intrinsic motivation and reflective thinking for teaching job are as follows: First, performance-approach goal ranked as the highest and followed by mastery-approach goal, mastery-avoidance goal, and performance-avoidance goal in descending order. And multiple goal perspective which asserts individuals simultaneously pursuit multiple goal orientations is supported by the result of frequency analysis of 16 goal types that show higher frequency for both types of high and low in all 4 achievement goal orientations than others. Second, in terms of correlations between achievement goal orientations, mastery-approach goal is the most highly correlated with performance-approach goal and negatively correlated with performance-avoidance goal. Third, the rank orders for influence of achievement goal orientations and intrinsic motivation on reflective thinking are mastery-approach goal, intrinsic motivation, and performance-approach goal in descending manner. And the nursery school teachers’ ability to think reflectively is to be improved as both mastery-approach goal and performance-approach goal are high.
