유아 공정성 증진 프로그램 개발 및 효과 연구 : 만 5세 유아를 중심으로

초록

본 연구는 유아 공정성 증진 프로그램을 개발하고, 개발한 프로그램을 만5세 유아에게 적용하여 유아의 공정성 수준에 미치는 영향을 알아보고자 하였다. 유아 공정성 증진 프로그램의 체계는 목표, 교육내용, 교수-학습방법, 및 평가로 구성하였으며, 공정성 개념 인식하기, 공정성 개념 자기이해 및 타인이해하기, 공정성 실천 행동하기, 공정성 행동 반영하기를 교육내용으로 하였다. 본 연구는 유아 공정성 증진프로그램이 만 5세 유아의 사고발달을 촉진하여, 공정성 인식 및 수준의 향상에 효과가 있으며, 연령에적합한 프로그램으로 유아교육 현장에 적용이 가능하다는 것을 보여주고 있다. 또한 가치와 태도에 관한교육은 체계적인 프로그램으로 개발하여 지속적이고 장기간에 걸쳐 진행하는 것이 더 의미가 있으며, 또래 유아들간의 생활과 삶에도 긍정적인 영향을 줌을 시사하고 있다.

Abstract

The purposes of the study is to develop fairness improvement program and to figuure out effectiveness of the program for young children. Goal, contents, teaching-learning method and assessment of fairness improvement program of young children through literature review and professional committee were developed. The goal, education contents and teaching-learning method of fairness improvement program of young children were consistently systemized in four stages: perceiving fairness-> understanding fairness -> practicing fairness -> reflecting and internalizing fairness. Young children could perceive the concept of fairness consciously in the process of change in the systematic fairness improvement program of young children, and they exerted themselves to understand themselves and others in a fair fashion. However, in the practice of fairness, Young children showed some gaps between their thought and behavior, and showed their appliance of fairness in a confused state. When a variety of activities that could reflect and internalize fairness were provided. At the end of program, young children internalized the implications of fairness that, with delightful immersion, the rule agreed in the process of distribution, procedure and interaction is important, and that it is important to apply fairness at an equality level while considering the situation.
