『農圃集』과 문헌의 누적성

본고는 『농포집』의 판본을 비교 검토하여 정문부의 생애에 관한 사실과 시문이 누적되는 양상을 확인하고, 후대에 추가된 부분의 진위를 검토하였다. 『농포집 』은 1708년부터 1970년까지 여섯 차례 간행을 거듭하면서 생평에 대한 새로운 사실과 다량의 시문이 추가되었다. 특히 1890년 편찬된 연보에는 이전에 없던 관력과 교유가 대거 추가되었는데, 여러 문헌을 통해 고증한 결과 이는 사실과 다르다. 추가된 시문의 진위도 의심스럽다. 본고는 문헌의 누적성이 인물의 생애와 문학 연구에 중대한 오류를 야기할 수 있다는 사실을 지적하였다. 본고의 논의는 비단 정문부와 『농포집 』 연구의 오류를 바로잡을 수 있을 뿐만 아니라 문집을 활용한 연구 전반에 시사하는 바가 있을 것이다.
Abstract
This thesis compared and reviewed the editions of Nongpojip to examine the accumulation of facts and writings about the life of Jeong Munbu, and reviewed the authenticity of the parts added to the later generations. Nongpojip was published six times from 1708 to 1970, adding new facts about life evaluation and a large amount of writings. In particular, in the Annals compiled in 1890, a large number of previously unavailable career and relationships were added, which is not true as a result of various literatures. The authenticity of the added poem is also questionable. This thesis pointed out that the accumulation of literature can cause serious errors in a character’s life and literary research. The discussion of this paper will not only correct the errors in the research of Jeong Munbu and Nongpojip, but also have implications for the overall study using the anthology.
