15~16세기 울산지역 주거형식에 대한 연구

Abstract

Structure and character of living in Ulsan that assessed the date from 15th to 16th century were analyzed, it is search all over character and function by dwelling style on examination written description in records and folk material on the foundation of structure. It might be classified the dwelling style in Ulsan from 15th to 16th century into site of pit-dwelling(mud-wall hut) and ground buildings(grass-roofed, tile-roofed house). As analyzing inside structure by dwelling style, typical style of pit-dwellings in Ulsan from 15th to 16th century was square in flat. It seemed that arrangement for heating and cooking was fireplace. It is characterized pillar placement as non-column. ground building ‘一’ shape in flat. The constructing form for pillar location seemed to be characterize pole-stand type on scale of 2 or 3 partition in front view, 1 or 2 partition in side view. Character of pit-dwelling site might be come in three varieties. The first, residence as group village for the people of the relative lower classes than who lived in grass-roofed, tile-roofed house. The second, site of hut built near a grave by correlation living and grave. The third, inferred temporary residence for hunting and fishing from settlement that was known with producing ruin, excavated remains including of iron arrowhead, fishing net sinker, etc.. It could be come in four varieties that ground building site of character and function. The first residence where was construct for general living. The second, storehouse for use of special purpose that bedroom or storeroom etc. which connected with cattle stable. The third, function of temporary storing place that took dryness etc. for a product or linked site of workshop with producing ruin of porcelain kiln etc. The fourth, site of assembly hall which was constructed for public purpose, there were differences from building of residence, storehouse on arrangement, volume, structure, location to building in village.
