ThisstudyistoproposethequantitativemethodsinsteadoftotalresultsonNew & RenewableenergyR&D investments.Todothat,thisstudyusedKETEPR&D investmentprofile,NationalR&D investmentprofile,and ISTANS industrialcensusresults.From theanalysis,thisstudy firstly showed thattheR&D investmenton New&Renewableenergy is higherthan thatofotherindustrialparts.And the investmentincrease ratio on New&Renewable energy is also very higher during past 10 years.And finally showed that the ripple effects(relativelytheemployeenumber,theamountofsales,andtheamountofexport)ofthefocusenergygroup includingfeulcell,photovoltaic,andwindpowerwashigherthanthoseofgeneralmanufacturingindustry.This approachwasfirstlyconductedusingthepoorcensusresults,sootheranalysismethodswillbedevelopedand performedtoexact;yshow theinvestmentrippleeffect.
