최근 지구 온난화로 인한 국제적인 온실가스 감축 규제 및 각국의 환경규제 강화로 국가와 기업 모두 환경 지속가능성을 중시하고 CO2 배출, 유해물질 제한 등의 환경 규제가 증가하고 있다. 에너지 소비의 지속적 증가, 에너지․자원 가격의 급격한 상승으로 자원․에너지 효율성 제고 등이 중요한 이슈가 되고 있다. 우리나라 온실가스 배출량의 약 20%는 물류ㆍ운송부분이 차지하고 있다. 국제적인 환경규제가 강화되고 있는 추세에서 과도한 온실가스의 배출은 제조 및 물류 기업의 원가 상승 요인으로 작용하여 기업의 경쟁력 약화를 초래할 가능성이 크다. 따라서 친환경적인 물류시스템을 구축하는 것이 시급하다. 본 연구에서는 선진국의 녹색물류 추진 정책 사례를 비교․분석하여, 우리나라의 저탄소 녹색성장을 실현하기 위한 녹색물류 구축에 대한 정책적 시사점을 도출하고자 한다.
Abstract
Recently, a number of international green house gas(GHS) regulations have been made and enforced due to green house effect. Countries and companies are increasing the tendency of environment durability and CO2 emission and hazardous substances of restriction. Increasing energy consumption and efficiency enhancers caused from increasing the prices of energy resources have been dealt. It is estimated that approximately 20% of greenhouse gas emissions is occupied by logistics and transportation. Due to the trend of strengthening international environment regulations, excessive emissions of greenhouse gases tend to lead not only to increase in cost of manufacturing and logistics activities, but to result in deterioration of their competitiveness. In this study, cases of green logistics policy practices in developed countries are compared and analyzed, which is expected to bring political implications for realization of green logistics in Korea.
