초록
Entomopathogenic fungi were isolated directly from acadaver of adult Monochamus alternatus supportingfungal sporulation, using a semi-selective medium andthen screened several fungal colonies. The pathogenicityof each fungus was tested using oak longicorn beetle,Moechotypa diphysis, as substitutive insect. As theresult, only one of them showed high pathogenicityagainst M. diphysis, with up to 100% mortality within21 days of inoculation. Selected fungus was named asMaW1 and identified by Beauveria bassiana usingmicroscopic examination and DNA analysis. Pathogenicitywas also evaluated to M. alternatus.
